  • Billed monthly (or once a year if you pick annual). Add-ons are billed monthly.
  • Cancel anytime. Canceling stops future billing; past payments aren’t refunded, and unused requests for the current month end.
  • Included requests are one approved task each from the C.A.S.H.™ service menu — not unlimited labor. Unused requests don’t roll over.
  • Licensed trades, medical or personal care, and unsafe tasks aren’t included. We’ll always tell you before any extra paid work begins.
  • We’re insured for the work we do in your home — ask to see proof anytime.
  • Visits may occasionally be recorded for training and quality, as Wisconsin law allows — never sold or shared. Ask your technician anytime.
  • Membership begins with your first payment. The signed Membership Agreement you receive at enrollment governs if anything here conflicts.
