Most apps make money by watching what you do, selling what they learn from it, and showing you ads based on it. This one doesn't — zero ads, ever, is a real design decision, not a marketing line. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and who can see it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Your name (shown as first initial + last name), your email address, and your zip code — used only to confirm you're a real person in a real neighborhood we've launched in.
• Whatever you choose to post: the text and photos of a Concern, and any replies you write.
• Nothing else. No location tracking beyond the zip code you type in. No browsing history, no contacts, no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Who can see it

• Your name and neighborhood are visible to other approved neighbors in that same neighborhood — that's the entire point of a neighborhood app.
• Concerns and replies you post are visible to approved neighbors in your neighborhood, the same way a conversation on a real street would be — not to the whole app, not to other neighborhoods.
• Whoever administers this Shell Community can see what's needed to run zip-code launches and handle real problems — never used to browse anyone's posts for any other reason.

One technical detail, stated plainly

Photos you upload are stored in a way that means anyone holding the exact file link could open that image directly, even without signing in — similar to how many photo-hosting services work under the hood. We never publish or share those links anywhere ourselves; they simply aren't locked behind a login screen the same way the rest of the app is. We'd rather tell you that directly than let you assume otherwise.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for marketing.
• We never run ads on this platform. Not fewer ads — none.
• We never use what you post to train outside AI models or hand it to another company for that purpose.

Leaving, and having your data removed

You can ask to have your account and everything you've posted removed at any time — email hello@concerneecash.com and we will act on it. This isn't yet an instant, automated button in the app — it's a real request handled by a real person, promptly.

One honest note

This policy is written plainly by the people who run this platform, not drafted word-by-word by an attorney. It says what we actually do. If you have a specific legal question about your data, we'd rather you ask directly than guess.
