The Shell Community is a free neighborhood platform for posting real Concerns and responding to your actual neighbors, in zip codes we've launched in. It is a separate project from Concernee C.A.S.H.™ — using one doesn't require or depend on the other.
Accounts are for individual people in real neighborhoods. Don't impersonate someone else, and don't create an account to post on behalf of a business trying to advertise — that runs directly against the reason this platform exists.
Nothing on this platform is for sale as advertising space, and it never will be. When Verified Provider matching is live, providers are matched to a Concern by actual trade fit, never by payment, and may not use responses to post promotional content.
Don't post anything illegal, harassing, or knowingly false. If you see a post that crosses that line, you can report it and we will look into it. We can remove content or suspend access for violations.
Anything another neighbor posts — advice, an offer to help, a recommendation — is theirs, not ours, and we don't guarantee it's accurate, safe, or reliable. Use your own judgment, especially for anything involving home repairs or safety.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continuing to use it means you accept the current version.
